For In-store: 

Simply download their app and head to the rewards section at the bottom to have the cashier in-store scan the barcodes for each of the rewards

For Online: 

To use online you’ll simply head to the rewards section and change the email to an email not yet linked to a Michaels account. And then go and signup for a michaels rewards account, select in-store, email, and enter the same email address you just changed the previous rewards account to. Now you’ll have the rewards on your own account to use online!
